Notwithstanding the first subparagraph, for the years 2014 and 2015, and since it does not affect the protection of the spawning grounds, Member States may specify, in their annual national fishing plans, a different starting date for baitboats and trolling boats flying their flag and operating in the eastern Atlantic, while keeping the total duration of the open season for these fisheries in line with the provisions of the first subparagraph.
Sans préjudice des dispositions figurant au premier alinéa, pour les années 2014 et 2015, et vu que cela n'affecte pas la protection des zones de frai, les États membres peuvent indiquer, dans leurs plans de pêche annuels nationaux, une date de début différente pour les canneurs à appât et les ligneurs à lignes de traîne battant leur pavillon qui opèrent dans l'Atlantique Est, tout en maintenant la durée totale de la période d'autorisation de ces types de pêche conforme aux dispositions du premier alinéa.
