Each Member State must draw up and submit to the Commission, on a monthly basis, a definitive statistical summary of the level of stocks actually held on the last day of the calendar month, calculated either on the basis of the number of days of net oil imports or on the basis of the number of days of inland oil consumption, in accordance with Article 3.
Chaque État membre doit établir et communiquer à la Commission chaque mois un relevé statistique définitif du niveau des stocks dont le maintien est effectivement assuré le dernier jour de chaque mois civil, calculé soit sur la base d’un nombre de jours d’importations nettes de pétrole, soit sur la base d’un nombre de jours de consommation intérieure en pétrole, conformément à l’article 3.
