It has already been said: from now on, we will make a distinction between before and after the Martin report. We can truly say that this industry has, today, come of age, it has become a fully–fledged adult industry with its own particular characteristics and features, it has stopped being an appendage of the fishing industry and, therefore, it needs from us all the attention that any industry of a certain economic stature deserves.
Cela a déjà été dit : dorénavant, il y aura un "avant" et un "après" le rapport Martin, et nous pouvons réellement dire que ce secteur sort aujourd'hui d'une certaine "enfance" où il était à ce jour confiné ; il devient un secteur véritablement adulte, avec ses spécificités, ses particularités, il cesse d'être un appendice du secteur de la pêche et dès lors, il exige de notre part toute l'attention que méritent les secteurs d'une certaine importance économique.
