During the harvesting, berries of grapes are selected separately, and they are poured immediately after the processing by must from the defined vineyard of the Tokajská vinohradnícka oblasť or by wine of the same vintage which contains at least 180 g/l of natural sugar and 45 g/l of sugar-free extract.
