First and foremost, Mr President, the no-fly zone, the neutralising of Mr Gaddafi’s communications – and I believe we should congratulate the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe for bringing representatives of the Libyan opposition to the European Parliament – and, of course, international coordination, most particularly with the African Union and also with the Arab League.
En premier lieu, Monsieur le Président, nous devons assurer la zone d’exclusion aérienne, la neutralisation des moyens de communication de M. Kadhafi - et je crois que nous pouvons féliciter le groupe Alliance des démocrates et des libéraux pour l’Europe d’avoir invité des représentants de l’opposition libyenne au Parlement européen - et, naturellement, la coordination internationale, en particulier avec l’Union africaine mais aussi avec la Ligue arabe.
