This is why it has launched, in close cooperation with the Council Secretariat (in particular with the Office of the Special Representative of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy) and with Member States, a number of activities of technical assistance to the countries such as Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Russian Federation, China, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.
C’est pourquoi elle a lancé, en collaboration étroite avec le Secrétariat du Conseil (en particulier avec le Bureau du Représentant spécial du Haut représentant de l’Union européenne pour la politique étrangère et de sécurité) et avec les États membres, plusieurs activités d’assistance technique à des pays tels que la Croatie, la Serbie, le Monténégro, la Bosnie-Herzégovine, la Fédération de Russie, la Chine, l’Ukraine et les Émirats arabes unis.
