Mr. Bill LeGrow: I think we're prepared, though, to state that we do support what is now, I guess, a three-track Government of Canada approach aggressive litigation, keeping the lines of communications with the Americans open in the hope that perhaps we can find a non-litigated solution to this, and the more current retaliation track that the government has taken.
