4 bis. Avant le 31 décembre 2014, la Commission consulte les SEC, le SEBC, le CERS et les autres parties prenantes afin de réexaminer l'efficacité des arrangements pris en matière de partage de l'information au titre de la présente directive, notamment de son titre VII, chapitre 1, section 2; elle présente, le cas échéant, des propositions visant à étoffer ces dispositions et/ou arrangements, en tenant compte, notamment, des synergies importantes en matière d'information qui existent entre les banques centrales et les fonctions de surveillance prudentielle, à la fois en temps normal et en période de crise.
