Where the Commission, after a preliminary examination, finds that no doubts are raised as to the compatibility with the common market of a notified measure, in so far as it falls within the scope of Article 92(1) of the Treaty, it shall decide that the measure is compatible with the common market (hereinafter referred to as a 'decision not to raise objections`).

Si la Commission constate, après un examen préliminaire, que la mesure notifiée, pour autant qu'elle entre dans le champ de l'article 92, paragraphe 1, du traité, ne suscite pas de doutes quant à sa compatibilité avec le marché commun, elle décide que cette mesure est compatible avec le marché commun (ci-après dénommée «décision de ne pas soulever d'objections»).
