I would hope and trust that in circumstances such as that, especially with regard to subsection (10) dealing with maximum contact, a variation order would be granted and the parent would be allowed as much access as the court would deem necessary in the best interest of the child, all according to subsections (8) and (10) of the Divorce Act.
J'ose espérer que, dans un tel cas, surtout si on tient compte du paragraphe 10 qui parle du maximum de contact, l'ordonnance modificative serait accordée et que le parent obtiendrait le droit d'accès, dans la mesure jugée appropriée par la cour et selon l'intérêt de l'enfant, conformément aux paragraphes 8 et 10 de la Loi sur le divorce.
