Reducing Quebec’s political weight means increasing the political weight of the rest of Canada, and that means, as I said in my speech, that our ability to defend our interests, our needs and our aspirations in the rest of Canada is reduced.
Diminuer le poids politique du Québec, c'est augmenter le poids politique du reste du Canada et faire en sorte, comme je le disais dans mon allocution, que notre possibilité de faire valoir nos intérêts, nos besoins et nos aspirations dans le reste du Canada soit moindre.
