Le projet que la Commission vient de décider de financer s'inscrit dans cette politique et prévoit : - réhabilitation et amélioration technique des réservoirs avec l'infrastructure qu'ils imposent, à savoir socles, écluses et réseau d'irrigation/drainage. - apport de matériel, adaptation de pratiques agricoles améliorées, introduction de variétés à haut rendement et crédit agricole. - renforcement des services de vulgarisation agricole, création de fermes modèles, introduction d'un système d'approvisionnement en eau par rotation et recherche en vue d'améliorer les réservoirs plus petits.
