If there's a technology out there that is going to do what it claims to do, and that is monitor, check, and build a profile, and then that profile is distributed to the maker of widgets, and the widget maker sees how you, Mr. Power, are very interested in widgets because you've been dialing in all these different widget companies over the last six months and then it decides to not so much pester you but deliver its magazine to your front door, the consumer is going to be hard pressed to turn around and start to prove that there's some kind of improper use of the information that the consumer has not supplied to anyone.
