Le "travailleur salarié” est une personne qui fait l'objet d'un contrat conclu avec un employeur ou qui travaille dans le cadre d'un tel contrat (ou, dans le cas d'un contrat arrivé à expiration, qui a travaillé dans le cadre d'un tel contrat), qu'il s'agisse d'un contrat concernant un travail manuel, de bureau ou autre, explicite ou implicite, oral ou écrit, ou qu'il s'agisse d'un contrat de service, d'apprentissage ou autre.
