J'ai été intrigué par la question soulevée par M. Martin selon laquelle certaines personnes éprouvaient des difficultés à changer un chèque parce qu'elles n'avaient pas de compte en banque, de sorte qu'elles devaient faire appel aux Money Marts où les gens qui sont les plus dans le besoin sont exploités—et bien, je ne devrais pas dire exploités, mais à tout le moins on leur impose des frais très importants pour les services financiers offerts.
