During the negotiations the Community has shown its commitment and flexibility by joining Brazil, Colombia, the African countries members of the OAMCAF (African and Malagasy Coffee Organization) and the Philippines in the drafting of a proposal to extend the 1983 Agreement with the inclusion of economic provisions.
Elle a démontré son engagement dans ces négociations ainsi que sa souplesse, en participant à l'élaboration d'une proposition conjointe avec le Brésil, la Colombie, les pays africains réunis à l'OAMCAF (Organisation Interafricaine du Café) et les Philippines, relative à la prorogation de l'Accord de 1983 assorti de dispositions économiques.
