This may allow the RCMP to reinvest some savings into the improvement of program and service delivery for serving and retired members, e.g. job placement assistance, as well as improving upon aspects of the organizational culture that are impediments to affected members’ full recovery and re-integration into the workplace.
De ce fait, la GRC pourrait réinvestir certaines économies dans l’amélioration de la prestation des programmes et des services destinés aux membres actifs et retraités, par exemple l’aide au placement, et améliorer certains aspects de la culture organisationnelle qui font obstacle au rétablissement complet et à la réintégration dans le milieu de travail des membres concernés.
