10. Acknowledges from the Agency that in 2012, the Commission’s Internal Audit Service (IAS) carried out an audit on procurement within the Agency and made two very important and seven important recommendations; notes that the Agency proposed an action plan which was accepted by the IAS and that by the cut-off date of 31 December 2012, eight of those recommendations were closed; notes that the one remaining important recommendation was closed in 2013;
10. reconnaît, au bénéfice de l'Agence, qu'en 2012, le service d'audit interne de la Commission a procédé à un audit sur les passations de marchés par l'Agence et a formulé deux recommandations très importantes et sept recommandations importantes; note que l'Agence a proposé un plan d'action qui a été accepté par le service d'audit interne de la Commission et qu'à la date butoir du 31 décembre 2012, huit de ces recommandations avaient été suivies; note que la recommandation restante, qui était importante, a été suivie en 2013;
