Without prejudice to any action taken by the organisation itself or the independent control body provided for in Article 16, where it is shown that an operator or organisation has failed to comply with the specification referred to in Article 16(1), the Member State may withdraw the approval provided for in Article 16(2) or impose supplementary conditions to be respected if its approval is to be maintained.
Sans préjudice de toute mesure prise par l'organisation elle-même ou par l'organisme de contrôle prévu à l'article 16, lorsqu'il est avéré qu'un opérateur ou une organisation n'a pas satisfait au cahier des charges visé à l'article 16, paragraphe 1, l'État membre peut lui retirer l'agrément prévu à l'article 16, paragraphe 2, ou imposer le respect de conditions supplémentaires en cas de maintien de l'agrément.
