We are opposed to the ban on shipment of the only product covered by the ‘contradictory’ specific shipping arrangements, along with new arrangements designed to ban the shipment of any product containing goods covered by these supply arrangements, in breach of international and Community law governing rules of origin.
L’interdiction de l’expédition du seul produit couvert par les régimes spécifiques «contradictoires» d’expédition - parallèlement au nouveau régime qui, violant le droit international et communautaire régissant les règles d’origine, vise à interdire l’expédition de tout produit contenant des produits couverts par ces régimes d’approvisionnement - est inacceptable.
