35. Where it appears to the Bank that an interim certificate has been damaged, defaced, mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Bank may issue a bond on like conditions to those in which, if the certificate were a coupon bond payable to bearer, the Bank might under these Regulations issue a new bond.
35. Lorsqu’il paraît à la Banque qu’un certificat provisoire a été endommagé, défiguré, mutilé, détruit, perdu ou volé, elle peut émettre une obligation aux mêmes conditions que celles auxquelles, si le certificat était une obligation au porteur munie de coupons, elle pourrait, en vertu du présent règlement, émettre une nouvelle obligation.
