(3) Where a manufactured textile fibre is essentially made of two or more distinct constituents, physically combined or mixed at or prior to extrusion, which if separately extruded would each form a textile fibre referred to in subsection (2), the generic name that is required by subparagraph 6(b)(i) of the Act to be shown on a label shall be identified by the applicable generic name as set out in subsection (2) or shown in the following manner,
