To get back to Bill C-403, I think the intent of the member for Simcoe—Grey is legitimate and laudable, because one of the main problems involving lead sinkers and jigs is the poisoning of the loons, black ducks, brent geese, snow geese and other waterfowl that swallow them.

Pour revenir au projet de loi C-403, je pense que le député de Simcoe—Grey a une intention très légitime et louable, car un des principaux problèmes reliés aux lests et turluttes en plomb provient d'un empoisonnement par le plomb des huards, des canards noirs, des bernaches du Canada, des oies des neiges et autres oiseaux aquatiques qui les avalent.
