According to Article 16(e) or, if appropriate, 15(d) of this Regulation and the OECD Decision, signed copies of the movement document with block 19 completed should be sent to the notifier and competent authorities of dispatch, transit (not required by the OECD Decision) and destination as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the completion of the recovery or disposal and no later than one calendar year following the receipt of the waste.
Conformément à l’article 16, point e), ou, le cas échéant, à l’article 15, point d), du présent règlement et à la décision de l’OCDE, une copie signée du document de mouvement, dont la case 19 aura été remplie, est transmise au notifiant ainsi qu'aux autorités compétentes d'expédition, de transit (non requis par la décision de l'OCDE) et de destination, le plus tôt possible, mais au plus tard trente jours après la réalisation de l'opération de valorisation ou d'élimination et au plus tard une année civile après la réception des déchets.
