On 25 September 2015, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which Triton Managers IV Limited and TFF IV Limited in their capacity as general partners of Triton Fund IV, part of the Triton Group (‘Triton’, Channel Islands), acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of Imtech Nordic Group BV (the Netherlands) by way of purchase of shares.
Le 25 septembre 2015, la Commission européenne a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel les entreprises Triton Managers IV Limited et TFF IV Limited, en leur qualité d’associés commandités de Triton Fund IV, qui fait partie du groupe Triton («Triton», Îles anglo-normandes), acquièrent, au sens de l’article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement sur les concentrations, le contrôle de l’ensemble de l’entreprise Imtech Nordic Group BV (Pays-Bas) par achat d’actions.
