First, members of staff of the General Secretariat of the Council, the Commission or the EEAS, who could apply for the post advertised in the vacancy notice if they met the grading criterion, were officials in function group AD, who, as such, are intended to follow a career path within the EU institutions, performing, inter alia, conceptual and analytical functions in grades AD 5 to AD 14.
En effet, d’une part, les membres du personnel du secrétariat général du Conseil, de la Commission ou du SEAE, qui pouvaient postuler au poste objet de l’avis de vacance s’ils remplissaient la condition de classement en grade, étaient des fonctionnaires du groupe de fonctions AD, lesquels, en tant que tels, ont vocation à poursuivre leur carrière au sein des institutions de l’Union, en exerçant notamment des fonctions de conception et d’étude, du grade AD 5 au grade AD 14.
