2". cargo handling services" means the organisation and handling of cargo between the carrying waterborne vessel and the shore be it for import, export or transit of the cargo, including the processing, transporting and temporary storage of the cargo on the relevant cargo handling terminal and directly related to the transporting of the cargo, but excluding warehousing, stripping, repackaging or any other value added services related to the handled cargo;
2. «services de manutention des marchandises», l’organisation et la manutention des marchandises entre le bateau transporteur et la terre, que ce soit pour l’importation, l’exportation ou le transit des marchandises, y compris la transformation, le transport et le stockage temporaire des marchandises dans le terminal de manutention des marchandises concerné et en relation directe avec le transport des marchandises, à l’exclusion toutefois de l’entreposage, du dépotage, du reconditionnement ou de tout autre service à valeur ajoutée lié aux marchandises manipulées;
