Mr. Roy Cullen: Mr. Speaker, for the member for Sackville—Musquodoboit Valley—Eastern Shore, I find it ironic that both members opposite, or certainly the member for Prince George Peace River, talked about how everything but the kitchen sink was in the throne speech, and then they want something about BSE, they want something about offshore drilling, and they want something about softwood lumber.

Roy Cullen: Monsieur le Président, à entendre ces propos du député de Sackville—Musquodoboit Valley—Eastern Shore, je trouve paradoxal que les deux députés d'en face, en tout cas le député de Prince George—Peace River, aient dit qu'on trouve à peu près tout dans le discours du Trône, mais qu'ils auraient voulu y trouver aussi quelque chose sur l'ESB, sur les forages en mer et sur le bois d'oeuvre.
