I therefore agree with the Temporary Committee on Climate Change and the rapporteur on the need for more urgent, major studies into the effects of climate change, monitoring phenomena such as desertification, melting of the ice-caps, changes in the marine environment, catastrophic atmospheric incidents and so on.
Je suis donc d’accord avec la commission temporaire sur le changement climatique et avec son rapporteur quant à la nécessité de nouvelles études urgentes et de grande ampleur consacrées aux effets du changement climatique, comme la désertification, la fonte des calottes glaciaires, les changements de l’environnement marin, les incidents atmosphériques catastrophiques, etc.
