There are only a few exceptions to this rule and they are justified by very specific situations on the markets concerned, namely: (1) Com(89) 660 1 COM(89) - 3 - - durum wheat (-3.8%), for which the reduction is explained by the gradual alignment on the price for common wheat, - certain varieties of tobacco, for which market demand is negligible, - citrus fruit (-7.5%) , for which the Commission last year proposed a two-stage cut in the intervention price, - red wine (-1.5%), in order to arrive at a single guide price for wine (guide price for white wine is up by 1.6%).
Les quelques exceptions découlent de situations très spécifiques des marchés des produits concernés. Il s'agit notamment : - du blé dur (- 3,78 %) pour lequel la réduction résulte du rapprochement progressif avec le prix du blé tendre, - de certaines variétés de tabac peu recherchées par le marché, - des agrumes (- 7,5 %) pour lesquels la Commission avait proposé l'année dernière une réduction du prix d'intervention étalée sur deux campagnes, - du vin rouge (- 1,5 %) afin de fixer un prix unique d'orientation pour le vin (le prix d'orientation du vin blanc augmente de 1,6 %).
