Supports the leading role of the UN in co-ordinating reconstruction assistance through the International Reconstruction Fund Facility and restates the utmost importance of ensuring that, in implementing actions, the EU Member States, the European Commission, the High Representative and all other involved parties work in full co-ordination with the UN, as well as with international financial institutions, both on the ground and in international fora;
6. soutient le rôle des Nations unies, lesquelles dirigent la coordination de l'aide à la reconstruction au travers du Fonds international de reconstruction pour l'Irak et rappelle toute l'importance qu'il y a d'assurer, dans la mise en œuvre d'actions, que les États membres de l'Union européenne, la Commission européenne, le Haut-Représentant et toutes les parties intéressées coopèrent pleinement avec l'ONU ainsi qu'avec les institutions financières internationales, tant sur le terrain que dans les enceintes internationales;
