It can thus focus on specific cross-cutting issues, such as counselling on open research, collaborative research, IP and competition law, and technology and knowledge transfer, benchmarking against international best practices, or undertaking anticipation and foresight studies to identify future directions for the EIT and the KICs.
Il pourra ainsi s'attacher à des questions transversales spécifiques comme la fourniture de conseils en matière de recherche ouverte, de recherche collaborative, de législation sur la propriété intellectuelle et la concurrence, de transfert de technologies et de connaissances, l'analyse comparative par rapport aux meilleures pratiques internationales, ou la réalisation d'études anticipatives ou prévisionnelles pour déterminer l'orientation future de l'EIT et des CCI.
