On 21 December 2010, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Gilde Buy-Out Management Holding BV (‘Gilde’, The Netherlands) and Parcom Capital Management BV (‘Parcom’, The Netherlands) belonging to the ING Group acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation joint control of the undertaking Gamma Holding NV (‘Gamma’, The Netherlands) by way of combining their shareholdings.
