3. Lorsque des formalités déclaratives sont requises par les actes juridiques de l’Union, et dans la mesure nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du guichet unique établi conformément au paragraphe 1, les systèmes électroniques visés au paragraphe 1 doivent être interopérables, accessibles et compatibles avec le système SafeSeaNet établi conformément à la directive 2002/59/CE, ainsi que, le cas échéant, avec les systèmes informatiques prévus par la décision no 70/2008/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 15 janvier 2008 relative à un environnement sans support papier pour la douane et le commerce (16).
