Where a Member State makes use of the possibility of having a claimless system, in accordance with the rules laid down by the Commission on the basis of Article 78(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, potentially eligible animals found not to be correctly identified or registered in the system for identification and registration for animals shall count as animals found with non-compliances.
Lorsqu’un État membre fait usage de la possibilité de disposer d’un système «sans demande», conformément aux règles établies par la Commission sur la base de l’article 78, point b), du règlement (UE) no 1306/2013, tout animal potentiellement admissible non identifié ou enregistré correctement dans le système d’identification et d’enregistrement des animaux est pris en compte dans le total des animaux pour lesquels des cas de non-conformité ont été constatés.
