(b)permitting the use, with the authorisation of the competent authority, of raw milk not meeting the criteria laid down in Annex III, Section IX, as regards plate count and somatic cell count of the manufacture of cheeses with an ageing or ripening period of at least 60 days, and dairy products obtained in connection with the manufacture of such cheeses, provided that this does not prejudice the achievement of the objectives of this Regulation.
b)permettant, avec l'autorisation de l'autorité compétente, l'utilisation de lait cru ne respectant pas les critères prévus à l'annexe III, section IX, pour ce qui est de la teneur en germes et en cellules somatiques, pour la fabrication de fromages d'une durée de vieillissement ou de maturation d'au moins soixante jours, et de produits laitiers obtenus dans le cadre de la fabrication de ces fromages, pour autant que cela ne compromette pas la réalisation des objectifs du présent règlement.
