4. Where the application of the proportional reduction referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 129(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 gives a number of eligible animals which is less than a whole number, there shall be granted in respect of the decimal part a corresponding fraction of the unit amount of the premium and, where applicable, of the additional national premium referred to in Article 104 and of the extensification payment referred to in Article 118.
4. Au cas où l'application de la réduction proportionnelle visée à l'article 129, paragraphe 1, deuxième alinéa, du règlement (CE) no 1782/2003 conduit à un nombre non entier d'animaux admissibles au bénéfice de l'aide, il est octroyé pour la partie décimale une fraction correspondante du montant unitaire de la prime et, le cas échéant, de la prime nationale complémentaire visée à l'article 104 et du paiement à l'extensification visé à l'article 118.
