In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form arising from the East Northants Low-level Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility in the United Kingdom, during its normal operational life and after its final closure, as well as in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in the radioactive contamination of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.
En conclusion, la Commission est d'avis que la réalisation du projet de rejet d'effluents radioactifs, sous quelque forme que ce soit, provenant du centre de stockage définitif de déchets faiblement radioactifs d'East Northants au Royaume-Uni, n'est pas susceptible d’entraîner, pendant sa durée de fonctionnement normale et après sa fermeture définitive, ainsi qu'en cas d'accident du type et de l’ampleur envisagés dans les données générales, une contamination radioactive des eaux, du sol ou de l'espace aérien d'un autre État membre.
