The wording of the second sentence of Article 1(5) of Directive 94/19/EC ("any number of branches set up in the same Member State by a credit instit
ution which has its head office in another Member State shall be regarded as a single branch") should have also been present in the recast text; that wording should have been identified by using a grey-shaded
type combined with double strikethrough, which is the sign generally used in recast proposals for
marking substantive changes ...[+++] consisting of a deletion of existing texts.
La deuxième phrase de l'article 1, paragraphe 5, de la directive 94/19/CE ("plusieurs sièges d'exploitation créés dans le même État membre par un établissement de crédit ayant son siège social dans un autre État membre sont considérés comme une seule succursale") aurait dû figurer également dans le texte de la refonte; cette partie aurait dû être identifiée par le fond grisé et le barré double généralement utilisés pour signaler les modifications de fond consistant en la suppression de texte existant.
