This means, inter alia, that, when drawing up their national programmes, Member States should take into account the analytical tools and operational and technical guidelines developed by the Frontex Agency as well as the training curricula developed, namely the common core curricula for the training of border guards, including its components with regard to fundamental rights and access to international protection.
