At the ESCB level, where the ECB maintains a dialogue with the staff represen-tatives of the national central banks and the federations of trade unions to whom they are affiliated, I am convinced that, for instance, the meetings that take place twice a year in Frankfurt between the ECB, the staff representatives and the fed-erations of trade unions allow enriching and useful discussions on ESCB/Eurosystem projects.
Au niveau du SEBC, où la BCE a noué un dialogue avec les représentants du personnel des banques centrales nationales et des organisations syndicales auxquelles les membres du personnel sont affiliés, je suis convaincu que, par exemple, les réunions organisées deux fois par an à Francfort entre la BCE, les représentants du personnel et les organisations syndicales permettent d'avoir des discussions utiles et enrichissantes au sujet des projets du SEBC et de l'Eurosystème.
