It's just a thought, because I think this is what the committee has been concerned about, that there are lots of people who don't fit in those, or fit in all of the above—for example, somebody who is very sick with AIDS or hepatitis C. I guess I've been concerned not only with whether we're going to measure it the same way in terms of those indices, but also in terms of severity, because, as you know, for cystic fibrosis people, breathing isn't listed there.
