As I go back to this once again, it is not a frivolous issue before this parliamentary body; this is a bill that each and every one of us should be paying particular attention to, especially in light of the fact that the government that sits across the way, my colleagues, has decreased the environmental protection and environmental filters, the rules and regulations that have been dismantled.
Je reviens sur le même point, nous ne sommes pas saisis d'une question frivole. Il s'agit d'un projet de loi auquel tous les députés doivent porter une attention particulière, surtout lorsqu'on sait que nos collègues d'en face, les ministériels, ont affaibli les mesures de protection environnementale, dans la foulée des règles et règlements qui ont été abolis.
