We therefore propose several amendments, with a view to better defining in the regulatory text the terms 'passenger', 'insurance' and 'flight', compensation to third parties, where appropriate, and we also advocate the inclusion amongst the risks insured of other contingencies, accidents and fortuitous incidents, as well as the risks caused by acts of war, terrorism, kidnap, sabotage, hijack and social or industrial disturbances.
C’est pourquoi nous proposons différents amendements en vue d’améliorer la définition, dans le texte du règlement, des termes "passager", "assurance" et "vol", et de l’indemnisation des tiers, le cas échéant. Nous défendons également l’introduction parmi les risques assurés d’autres éventualités, accidents et incidents fortuits, en plus des risques dérivés d’actes de guerre, de terrorisme, d’enlèvement, de sabotage, de détournement et de troubles sociaux ou du travail.
