The Commission responded to these findings by adopting, in November 2010, a Staff Working Document, which proposes actions to enable BTSF to successfully overcome these challenges. These include, for instance, the development of an e-learning tool for basic-level training and studies to accurately estimate the demand for BTSF training and, in the longer term, the establishment of a summer school for tutors and the creation of a post-graduate training centre for previous participants.
La Commission a donné suite à ces constatations en adoptant, en novembre 2010, un document de travail de ses services proposant des mesures pour permettre à l’initiative BTFS de relever ces défis avec succès, notamment en développant un outil d’apprentissage en ligne pour la formation de base, en réalisant des études permettant d’estimer précisément les besoins en formation BTSF et, à plus long terme, en créant des cours d'été pour les tuteurs et en mettant en place un centre de formation postuniversitaire pour les anciens participants.
