8. At the time of that visit, members of the Croatian Government undertook to provide certain information relating, inter alia, to the national programme for access to the CARDS programme, interdepartmental coordination measures to manage European Union assistance and the association process, improvements with regard to the acquisition of property rights, particularly by foreigners, the return of refugees and the devolution of real estate confiscated or forcibly seized during the war.
8. Lors de cette mission les membres du Gouvernement se sont engagés à transmettre certains éléments d'information, y compris le programme national pour l'accès au programme CARDS, les mesures de coordination interministérielle pour gérer l'assistance de l'Union Européenne et le processus d'association, et les améliorations en matière d'acquisition du droit de propriété en particulier par les étrangers, le retour des réfugiés, et la dévolution des biens immobiliers confisqués ou pris de force lors du conflit.
