A freight container, tank, intermediate bulk container or conveyance dedicated to the transport of unpackaged radioactive material under exclusive use shall be excepted from the requirements of paragraphs 509 and 513 solely with regard to its internal surfaces and only for as long as it remains under that specific exclusive use.
