6.1. Pipette 50 mls of the sample (with an anticipated nitrogen content of less than 0,2 g per hl sample take 200 ml of sample) into a glass dish, add 1 ml of 1 mol/l sulphuric acid (4.1), place the dish (5.1) on a water bath (5.2) and evaporate until there is about 1 ml remaining.
6.1. Introduire à l'aide d'une pipette 50 ml de l'échantillon (si l'on prévoit une teneur en azote inférieure à 0,2 g/hl d'échantillon, on introduira 200 ml d'échantillon) dans une capsule en verre, ajouter 1 ml d'acide sulfurique 1 mol/l (point 4.1), placer la capsule (point 5.1) dans un bain-marie (point 5.2) et évaporer jusqu'à l'obtention d'un résidu d'environ 1 ml.
