(c) it has been established by a final judgment or a final administrative decision that the economic operator is guilty of grave professional misconduct by having violated applicable laws or regulations or ethical standards of the profession to which the economic operator belongs, or by having engaged in any wrongful conduct which has an impact on its professional credibility where such conduct denotes wrongful intent or gross negligence, including, in particular, any of the following:
(c) il a été établi par un jugement définitif ou une décision administrative définitive que l'opérateur économique a commis une faute professionnelle grave en ayant violé des dispositions législatives ou règlementaires applicables ou des normes de déontologie de la profession à laquelle il appartient, ou en ayant adopté une conduite fautive qui a une incidence sur sa crédibilité professionnelle, dès lors que cette conduite dénote une intention fautive ou une négligence grave, y compris en particulier l'une des conduites suivantes:
