I don't want another step put in the process that's going to delay the access to the courts, but if it takes, as we oftentimes see in Newfoundland, a month or two to get in on an interim application, surely, with the appropriate funding during that interim period, these parents can have some education, and when the time comes for the application, we hope they don't have to go to court.

Mais si, comme cela arrive souvent à Terre-Neuve, il faut attendre un mois ou deux avant de pouvoir obtenir une requête provisoire, dans ce cas, avec le financement approprié durant la période intérimaire, ces parents pourraient recevoir une certaine forme d'éducation et lorsque le moment viendrait de présenter la requête, nous espérons qu'ils n'auraient pas à se rendre devant les tribunaux.
